You also get weekly face-to-face, online or phone 30min consultations. This keeps you accountable & provides constant support so you can really challenge yourself.
So that you’ll be able to stay focused & on track, I’ll send you daily inspiration such as quotes, information cards, self-care tips, motivational questions, workout ideas, & activities.
You’ll also have access to all the relevant resources such as various planners, recipes, The Healthy Diet Guide & more.
With these tools you can build a healthy, sustainable diet that works for your current lifestyle.

The obvious one. We’ll look at your current diet & tweak it to make sure you’re getting everything you need for health. You’ll learn how to do this in a way that works for your current lifestyle & of course your eating philosophy.
Some people exercise like crazy, however for most of us movement is a chore we are more than happy to put off. Over the course of the challenge, we will focus on increasing your movement to meet the minimum daily recommendations for good health. We’re going to try & do this in a way that you will enjoy so it’ll be easy to keep it up!
Often shoved to the back burner, mental health is actually incredibly important to physical health. During this challenge, we’ll work on incorporating simple self-care into your daily routine. After all, if you don’t take care of yourself, who else will?
