What can you expect?
We’ll sit down for about 60 minutes & really dive deep into your current diet & lifestyle, what your goals are & my recommendations. These can be conducted face-to-face or via telephone or Skype. If you’re in Launceston Tasmania I am more than happy to come to you if that’s easier for you.
To make sure we can spend your consultation talking about what you need rather than information gathering, I’ll send you a questionnaire before your consultation. This will give me all the info I need to make sure I’m prepared so that you’ll get maximum value from our meeting.
We can also book future consultations/packages if required. If you feel you need more than 1 or 2 consultations be sure to check out my packages page to save a bit of money.
