Each package includes

 

Weekly food & activity diary

 

60min initial consultation

  1. Initial ‘get-to-know-each-other’ session.
  2. In-depth discussion about what you want to work on, what your barriers are & what you want to achieve.
  3. Dietary analysis of current diet.
  4. Goal-setting session where we’ll work together to construct realistic goals & a game plan for how you’ll achieve them.
  5. Discussion about what motivates you.

 

30 min weekly motivating consultations

  1. Discuss your progress, your successes & the things you are struggling with.
  2. Discuss the week to come.
  3. Problem-solve & strategise.
  4. Develop focus-points & mini-goals for the next week.

 

60 minute consultation in the middle of your package

  1. In-depth review of progress so far in relation to achieving your goals.
  2. Revisit your goals & make any necessary changes.
  3. Dietary analysis (gained from the food & activity diary)
  4. Review of strategies, successes & what you may still struggle with.
  5. Discuss the week to come.
  6. Develop focus-points & mini-goals for the next week.

 

60 minute final consultation

  1. In-depth discussion about your experience & the outcome.
  2. Discussion about the strategies & changes that have worked
  3. Discuss any questions you may have to ensure you aren’t confused, nervous or worried about carrying these changes into the future.

 

24 hours after each session you will recieve an email with a summary of what we discussed & your focus points as well as any other resources necessary for your success. These may include information cards, assignments or workbooks.

 

You will also recieve email check-ins mid-week to check on your progress & answer any questions that may have popped up during the week.

 

I will also send you an email at 4 weeks, 8 weeks & 12 weeks after your package has been completed to check-in on how you’re doing.

 

You can also email me at any time if you need clarification, would like to answer a question or just need some advice.
